Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, process sales accurately, and collaborate with the team to achieve store targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team members to meet monthly goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing an excellent customer experience
• Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Foster a positive team culture, act as the main contact for the back office, and handle escalated issues.
