Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in retail sales, clienteling, or store operations (luxury or premium retail background preferred).
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to effectively serve our diverse local and international clientele.
• Mature, proactive, and independent mindset with a strong passion for retail and fashion.
• Immediately available or available on short notice is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and create memorable brand experiences for all clients.
• Drive and exceed individual and store sales targets while maintaining deep product knowledge and smooth daily store operations.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships and foster brand loyalty through proactive engagement and follow-up.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Assist with inventory control, stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining immaculate floor presentation standards.
