Job summary

Hong Kong International Airport is seeking a Leasing Administration Assistant to support tendering, document prep and record management for its retail portfolio. You will help manage enquiries, contract execution and licensee performance, ensuring timely delivery of fit-out works and regulatory permits.

The role includes assisting market research and pre-marketing efforts to shape the trade-mix plan and maximize revenue, with ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in leasing and management of retail assets within sizable organizations.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS applications, and Chinese Word processing.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.

• Support fitting-out works by coordinating meetings, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, processing permit applications, conducting site inspections, and preparing reports to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• Actively support market research and pre-marketing exercise, with the aim of achieving the desired trade-mix plan and maximize revenue.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.
