Henderson Land Development Company in Hong Kong is seeking a retail leasing professional to manage leasing enquiries, new lettings and renewals across the retail portfolio. You will assist to formulate leasing strategy and coordinate tenancy-related activities.

Requirements include a degree in Real Estate or related disciplines, at least 1 year in retail leasing, and strong English and Chinese communication. Proactive, team-oriented candidates will fit well in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in Real Estate, Business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail leasing or a closely related area.
• Proactive, positive attitude and strong teamwork.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Handle leasing matters of the retail portfolio including enquiries, new lettings, renewals and tenancy administration.
• Assist to formulate and implement leasing strategy.
• Conduct market research, data analysis and compile leasing reports.
• Coordinate premises takeover, handover, fitting-out and renovation works.
