South-East Asia Investment & Agency Co Ltd invites applications for the role of Assistant Leasing Officer / Leasing Officer. You will be responsible for leasing activities of our group property portfolio, handle new lettings, renewals and tenancy administration, and manage enquiries.

You will conduct market research, analyze data, build relationships with clients, and perform ad-hoc assignments as required. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, real estate, property management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably from property developers or consultants.
• Solid experience handling commercial property and tenancy documentation.
• Strong market sense with networking to agents and retailers.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsible for leasing activities of our group property portfolio;

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred;

Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience preferably gained from property developers or property consultancy companies;

Solid experience in handling commercial property is required;

Familiar with leasing procedures and tenancy documentations;

Strong market sense and networking with property agencies and retailers;

Self-motivated, energetic, outgoing and good interpersonal and cold call skill;

Able to work independently and under pressure;

Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing;
