Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or retail management.
- At least 2 years in retail or customer service.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint; Gen AI familiarity a plus.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese to support stores and office teams.
- Analytical, detail‑minded with ability to validate data and trends.
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to gain store-floor exposure.
Responsibilities
- Support retail operations by coordinating supplies, systems and facilities.
- Analyze sales, GP%, targets and store performance to drive insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and forecasts.
- Maintain master data and use Excel and Gen AI to improve workflows.
- Prepare shop communications, coordinate staff rosters and travel.
- Visit stores and contribute to future store leadership and projects.
