Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (ICBC (Asia)) is seeking a Loans Processing Officer in Hong Kong to ensure accurate input of loan drawdowns and maintenance of credit facilities across multiple systems.

You will monitor repayments, liaise with the OIC to prevent delays, and participate in UAT testing for system improvements, supporting timely delivery and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1-2 years banking experience in Loans Administration, preferably in Retail Loans Processing.
• Cantonese / English / Putonghua.
• PC Operations, typewriting (both English and Chinese), bookkeeping.
• Able to communicate with others and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan drawdown and maintenance, credit limits and collateral maintenance in various computer systems so that the clients' needs are fulfilled.
• Keep contact with OIC in order to avoid misunderstanding and ensure the work is delivered on time.
• Involve in UAT testing for various computer system enhancements in order to keep ongoing improvement.
