Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a leader to head the retail loans processing team, overseeing drawdown, settlement, credit limits, and collateral maintenance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will coordinate with the OIC to ensure timely service delivery, manage post-loan monitoring and escalated complaints, and drive process improvements and system enhancements for greater efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in loan administration, preferably in retail loans processing, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong banking regulations and best practices for loans processing in banking industry.
• Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office, bookkeeping systems.
