Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced banking professional to join the Bank-wide Operation Department as a Loans Documentation Specialist. You will handle loan administration, prepare loan agreements and collateral documents, and ensure proper execution while complying with policy, legal, and regulatory requirements.

You will input data and limits into mainframe systems, coordinate with frontline units, and deliver high-standard service to customers.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years' banking experience, preferably in Loans Documentation.
• Strong self-motivation and responsibility.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Proficient in computer knowledge, especially with Chinese typing.
