Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in loan administration, preferably in retail loans processing, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong banking regulations and best practices for loans processing in banking industry.
• Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office, bookkeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail loans processing team, overseeing loan drawdown and settlement, credit limits, and collateral maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with OIC to ensure timely service delivery and provide excellent service to customers.
• Manage post-loan monitoring and handle escalated customer complaints.
• Streamline processes and participate in system enhancements projects to improve efficiency.
• Manage team members and lead the team to achieve high standards of operational excellence.
