Job summary

Sephora Hong Kong Limited is seeking a dynamic Retail Learning Partner to elevate frontline capability through in-store coaching, onboarding support and close collaboration with Store Management. You will deliver coaching across Hong Kong stores, identify learning needs, and reinforce Sephora service standards while building product knowledge and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Solid retail operations experience, preferably in beauty or luxury.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills to inspire and develop frontline teams.
• Passion for people development and elevating the client experience on the shop floor.
• Good business acumen; understand learning impact on store performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Shift duties in stores; excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office applications.
• Makeup product knowledge; makeup application skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gaining in-store coaching and practical learning support to frontline teams across Sephora Hong Kong stores.
• Partner with Store Management Teams to identify learning needs and capability gaps.
• Coach Beauty Advisors on client experience, selling techniques, service standards, product knowledge and category priorities.
• Reinforce Sephora service expectations and behaviors; act as a role model for service excellence.
• Support onboarding of new team members through structured in-store coaching and follow-up.
• Facilitate skill practices on brand story, hero products and service behaviors.
• Observe team performance on the shop floor; provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Work with HR and Training to implement learning plans for frontline teams.
• Drive consistency in service rituals, grooming standards and customer engagement.
• Identify development opportunities and share field insights to improve learning effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support store execution and readiness.
• Maintain coaching records, learning follow-up and store visit observations.
• Create training content for internal and social use; track attendance and outcomes.
• Manage store visitation plans and work schedules according to business priorities.
