Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or Retail IT environments.
• Experience in retail/consumer-facing industries is a plus.
• Hands-on experience supporting POS systems and store applications.
• Experience supporting multi-site retail operations across Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for POS systems, store applications, payment terminals, and retail technology solutions.
• Deliver onsite support across multiple retail stores in Hong Kong, based on business assignments and operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve POS, application, hardware, software, and network-related issues impacting store operations.
• Support retail devices including PCs, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, handheld devices, and mobile devices.
• Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests from multiple store locations while meeting agreed SLA targets.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, service providers, and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to prevent recurring incidents.
• Support new store openings, store relocations, renovations, and technology rollout projects.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, support documentation, and operational procedures.
• Participate in system upgrades, patch deployments, and business technology initiatives.
