Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading international luxury retail organisation to appoint an Associate HR Director in Hong Kong, supporting seven markets across Asia.

You will partner with senior business and retail leaders while guiding a regional HR team across talent, organisational effectiveness, employee relations, workforce planning and HR operations.

This high-visibility role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on leadership to stay connected with stores and frontline employees.

Qualifications

• Retail HR leadership experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, apparel or premium brands.
• Significant experience supporting frontline/store populations.
• Single-market or regional HR experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders while staying close to execution.
