• Budget ownership and planning capability, including developing team priorities and managing assigned ad-hoc projects.
• Strong business mindset with a results-driven approach focused on growth, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills across retail and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage P&L to ensure profitability, support market growth, and meet brand performance targets.
• Monitor sales performance and use insights to recommend and implement strategies to optimize results.
• Conduct product and market analysis to track fashion trends, understand customer needs, and assess competitors’ actions.
• Drive business goals / sales growth and develop creative, strategic retail solutions.
• Partner with Marketing & PR agency to strengthen brand awareness and increase store traffic through effective campaigns.
• Lead retail operations execution, ensuring stores meet brand standards and deliver consistent in-store experience.
• Work closely with the inventory team to support merchandising effectiveness, replenishment planning, and product availability.
• Bring hands-on international fashion brand experience, with the ability to translate brand strategy into effective retail execution.
