Magic Search Limited is seeking a retail manager to lead a small team, forecast daily sales, and drive planning to meet targets in a dynamic Hong Kong environment.

You will motivate frontline staff, prepare merchandising reports for management, and implement sales policies while improving operations. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is expected for effective customer relations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years at management level.
• Strong leadership, enterprise approach, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small team and monitor daily sales performance via forecasting and planning.
• Motivate frontline staff to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare weekly/monthly merchandising reports for management use on buying and merchandising issues.
• Implement sales policies, procedures, and customer service guidelines.
• Review and redesign operational strategy for continuous improvement.
• Deliver client relationships method to build customer loyalty.
