Job summary

Mdm Ling Bakery Pte Ltd is hiring a Full-Time Retail Assistant for our Jewel Changi Airport outlet.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be on the front line, delivering a warm, welcoming experience while supporting daily outlet operations, including customer service, cashiering, packing and restocking.

No prior bakery experience required; training will be provided, and weekend/Public Holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Flexible to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with their purchases.
• Operate the cashier and handle cashless and other payment transactions.
• Pack orders, restock products and maintain attractive product displays.
• Assist with basic bakery preparation, finishing and packing of products.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in the outlet.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, stock monitoring and other daily outlet operations.
• Support the team during promotions, festive periods and other operational activities.

About the role

We are looking for Full-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at the our retail outlet at Jewel Changi Airport.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be part of our front-line team, creating a warm and welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the outlet. You will be involved in customer service, cashier duties, product packing and restocking.
