Job summary

Headland Hotel is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead the service team, ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding guest experiences. You will drive coordination with the kitchen and F&B colleagues to deliver seamless service across outlets.

We value a service‑oriented attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and 4+ years in hospitality with supervisory experience. Knowledge of Chinese and English a plus, with a focus on hotel standards and team development.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant working experience in hospitality with supervisory exposure.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within F&B settings.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant and event operations and F&B systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with F&B and kitchen to ensure smooth service and well‑stocked stations.
• Lead and support the service team, setting daily goals and ensuring teamwork.
• Deliver courteous service, handle guest feedback, and manage special requests.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and hotel service standards across outlets.

The Headland Hotel is the exclusive hotel for the dedicated team of Cathay Pacific Airways. We are looking for a hands‑on, service‑focused Restaurant Supervisor to lead our service team. In this role you will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent guest experiences, and support team coordination with the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth restaurant operations by coordinating with the F&B team and maintaining well‑stocked service stations.
• Lead and support the service team, communicating daily goals and updates, and ensuring effective collaboration with kitchen staff.
• Deliver courteous, professional service, handle guest feedback, and manage special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and service standards, and ensure staff appearance and work areas meet hotel expectations.

Requirements

Non‑Negotiables (Must‑Have)

• 4 years of relevant working experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Sound knowledge in restaurant and event operations as well as F&B systems.
• Service‑oriented, pleasant personality with a strong sense of responsibility.

Nice‑to‑Have (Cherries on Top)

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or related disciplines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English.
