Job summary

Headland Hotel, located near the airport on Lantau Island and managed by Swire Hotels, is seeking a passionate Barista to join our team. You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining daily operations, and ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Strong English and Chinese communication is required, along with a friendly, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of barista or relevant Food & Beverage experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Friendly, proactive, passionate and a team player.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and a variety of beverages in accordance with established standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Handle daily operation, including beverage preparation, cashiering, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area.
• Maintain high standards in food & beverages, merchandise and displays.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met.
• Support the team in creating a positive, and welcoming dining experience for guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
