Job summary

The Langham, Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Relations Associate to support operations of guest relations and recognition programs, ensuring service quality aligned with our brand.

Greet VIPs and repeat guests with personalized recognition, handle special requests, stay informed about hotel events, assist in resolving guest concerns, and support Front Desk to maintain overall guest satisfaction on site in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in hospitality-related discipline; university degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of guest services experience; front desk experience is a plus.
• Pleasant, service-oriented and professional attitude.
• Sociable, mature and outgoing personality.
• Strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP, limousine arrival guests, and Brilliant members with personalized recognition.
• Perform sophisticated personalized services, attending to special requests and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel programs and events to recognize and respond to guests' needs.
• Assist in handling guest complaints and refer them as necessary and follow up on corrective action.
• Assist the Front Desk and Head of Guest Relations in maintaining overall guest satisfaction in the hotel lobby.
• Perform any other duties as required to meet guest expectations.

ROLE

To assist managing the operations of Guest Relations and hotel recognition programmes by ensuring service quality standards (e.g. Brilliantand VIPs) are met and that personalized service is provided to all guests as brand icon in style.

• Greet VIP, limousine arrival guests, Brilliantmembers and repeat guests with special recognition and service personally.
• Perform in sophisticated personalized services as attending to special requests by guests and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs
• Assist in handling guest complaints and referring them as necessary and assist in follow up on corrective action.
• Assist the Front Desk and Head of Guest Relations in maintaining overall guest's satisfaction in hotel lobby ; &
• Perform any other duties as required in meeting hotel guest's expectation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Holder of Higher Diploma in hospitality-related discipline; University graduate is preferred.
• Minimum1 - 2 years guest services experience;Front Desk experienceis a plus.
• Pleasant, service-oriented and professional attitude.
• Sociable, mature and outgoing personality are required.
• Strong Command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Conversational and Written) ; & Additional language would be an advantage.

*Fresh Graduate with Guest Relations experience in hotelwill also be considered.
