Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Keep the storeroom clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure all equipment and spirits are stored in their designed place.
• Assist with the monthly training and provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Ensure that all beverage costs are in line and under control.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your department head from time to time.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Service Division in Hong Kong, the Bar Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operations of the Bar/ restaurant and ensure it is running smoothly and achieving the budgeted profit. The Bar Supervisorreports to theBar / Restaruant Manager

As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the daily operations, quality service standard and maintenance work of the bar
