Qualifications

• 5+ years in front-of-house in fine dining.
• Experience leading a section or guiding junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned dining section, ensuring attentive, personalised and well-paced service.
• Present menus confidently and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate preferences, dietary requirements and special requests accurately.

About you

• Proven front‑of‑house experience in fine‑dining restaurants
• Experience leading a section or guiding junior colleagues; broader supervisory experience is required for senior‑level consideration
• Strong knowledge of service etiquette and food and beverage fundamentals
• Good spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese and/or Mandarin
• Polished professional presentation and a warm, confident guest-facing manner
• The ability to stay organised, make sound decisions and remain composed during demanding services
• A drive to excel, with accountability, respectful communication and a team‑first attitude
• A willingness to receive feedback, develop others and continuously improve
