Next Innovate in Hong Kong is seeking a Service Team Leader with strong fine-dining experience, polished service skills and the ambition to grow. We want a hands-on professional who takes ownership of the guest experience, supports colleagues and maintains high standards under pressure.

Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for Senior Service Team Leader. You will lead a dining section, present menus confidently, coordinate with kitchen and reception, train juniors and

Formación

5+ years in front-of-house in fine dining.
Experience leading a section or guiding junior colleagues.
Strong knowledge of service etiquette and F&B fundamentals.
Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

Responsabilidades

Lead an assigned dining section, ensuring attentive, personalised and well-paced service.
Present menus confidently and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
Anticipate guest needs and communicate preferences, dietary requirements and special requests accurately.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen, beverage and reception teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Guide junior colleagues and support daily briefings, service preparation and training.
Handle guest feedback professionally and involve management when appropriate.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and opening and closing procedures.
Senior Service Team Leaders will also take greater responsibility for floor coordination, team deployment, coaching and supporting management during service.
