Leading Nation is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the floor team at JIJA by Vicky Lau. You will own the guest experience, drive operational standards, and collaborate with kitchen and support teams to run the restaurant efficiently and profitably.

You will manage front-of-house operations, staff development, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering exceptional hospitality in a busy Hong Kong setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy full-service restaurant (Hong Kong experience preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Excellent guest-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of P&L, cost control and operational KPIs.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin an advantage).

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver warm, polished and efficient service across all dayparts.
• Oversee daily operations including reservations, seating, floor flow, and guest recovery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance in line with the brand.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance and development.
• Control costs (labour, wastage, inventory) and support achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, licensing and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and central teams on menu execution, promotions and guest feedback.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and proactively.
• Support inventory, cash handling, reporting and administrative duties as required.
