Leading Nation is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the floor team and deliver consistently excellent hospitality at The Hawk & Aster in Hong Kong. You will own the guest experience, drive operational standards, and collaborate with kitchen and support teams to keep the restaurant running smoothly and profitably.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy full-service establishment (Hong Kong experience preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
• Excellent guest-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of P&L, cost control and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver warm, polished and efficient service across all dayparts.
• Oversee daily operations including reservations, seating, floor flow, and guest recovery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance in line with the brand.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance and development.
• Control costs (labour, wastage, inventory) and support achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, licensing and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and central teams on menu execution, promotions and guest feedback.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and proactively.
• Support inventory, cash handling, reporting and administrative duties as required.
