Job summary

Most Famous Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Floor Manager to lead the floor team and collaborate with an Italian Chef to elevate service standards and guest experience.

You will organise daily operations, train staff, and ensure seamless communication between kitchen and floor, taking ownership of daily operations and maintaining high standards.

Job description

You will work in close collaboration with a Chef from Italy and will be responsible for leading the floor team, improving service standards, staff training, organisation, guest experience and communication between kitchen and floor. You will actively develop and strengthen the restaurant operation, not simply maintain it.

About you

• Strong previous experience in restaurant management
• Proven ability to lead, organise and improve a floor team
• Excellent English is essential
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients and culture, or a genuine willingness and ability to learn quickly
• Good knowledge of wine service is strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Confident with guests and able to maintain high service standards
• Proactive, demanding on standards and able to take ownership of daily operations
• Key management role with real responsibility and autonomy
• Close collaboration with the Italian Chef
• Opportunity to develop deeper knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine and hospitality
