Coffeelin Fortress Hill is hiring junior kitchen staff to join our Italian-focused team. Depending on experience, you may work in Breakfast & Brunch or Dinner kitchen, under an Italian Executive Chef. We emphasise simple, well-executed food, good ingredients and consistency.

You will learn traditional and modern Italian techniques, receive full training, and gain hands-on experience across kitchen sections in a small, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Culinary school training is an advantage.

Coffeelin Fortress Hill is looking for junior kitchen staff to join our team. You may be hired for either our Breakfast & Brunch section or our Dinner kitchen, depending on experience, attitude and interest. Our kitchen is led by an Italian Executive Chef and is focused on Italian cuisine, Italian flavours and proper cooking techniques. For dinner, we work with a seasonal Italian menu, handmade pasta, sauces, stocks and many preparations made from scratch. For breakfast and brunch, we follow the same philosophy: simple, well-executed food, good ingredients and strong attention to technique and consistency. You will not be limited to doing only one task. Our team works across different preparations and sections, so this is a good opportunity to develop a broad kitchen skill set.
