Job summary

The Repulse Bay影灣園 in Southern District, Hong Kong is seeking a Receptionist to support the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department. You will welcome guests, manage seating and reservations, and provide prompt, professional service.

This role requires good command of English and Chinese, previous hospitality experience, and familiarity with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms. A Certificate in Food and Beverage Operations is preferred, along with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation platforms is desirable.
• Holder of a Certificate in Food and Beverage Operations.
• Good sense of customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome guests to the restaurant.
• Allocate tables for walk-in guests or bookings and escort to seats.
• Answer calls and emails, handle enquiries and reservations.
• Know the menu and wine list to make recommendations and maximise sales.
