Job summary

The Repulse Bay影灣園 is seeking a Senior Server/Server to support daily restaurant operations in the Southern District. You will manage a station, supervise junior staff, and ensure mise-en-place is ready for service, delivering high‑quality dining experiences to guests.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Holder of a Certificate in Food and Beverage Operations.
• Strong sense of customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of a station and provide effective supervision, task delegation, and on‑the‑job training to subordinates.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place and ensure the restaurant is fully ready for service.
• Serve guests in the restaurant, delivering high‑quality service and creating an impressive dining experience.
• Be familiar with the menu; take orders, explain menu items to guests, and make appropriate recommendations to maximize revenue.
• Check bills and ensure guests are charged accurately.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant.
