Job summary

Chung Wah Nan Architects Ltd. seeks a Resident Architect for the design and construction of a Fire Station-cum-Ambulance Depot at Anderson Road Quarry Site, Sai Kung.

The appointment is full-time and on-site from 15 September 2026 to 31 July 2028, with about 23 months of service under government terms. The candidate must be a registered Hong Kong Architect with at least 5 years post-qualification experience, capable of supervising MiC and off-site modular construction, and fluent in English and

Qualifications

• Registered Architect in Hong Kong with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in supervision and coordination of construction projects.
• Full-time engaged on Site from 15 September 2026 to 31 July 2028.
• Experience with Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and off-site volumetric modules in factory environments.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (oral and written).
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, AutoCAD and related design software.

Job description

Resident Architect for Design and Construction of Fire Station-cum-Ambulance Depot with Departmental Quarters and Facilities at Anderson Road Quarry Site, Sai Kung

Minimum Qualification, Experience and Others:

1) Registered Architect in Hong Kong and shall have minimum 5 years relevant post-professional qualification experience in the supervision and coordination of construction projects.

2) Shall be full‑time engaged on Site starting from 15 September 2026 to 31 July 2028

3) Shall carry out quality and qualified supervision for Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and other off‑site volumetric modules construction, manufacturing and/ or assembly process in factory controlled environment.

AND

Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese,

Knowledge in application of software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, other design software).

Tentative Employment Period:

About 23 months starting from Mid Sep 2026
The above appointment will be made in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions for the employment of Resident Architect.
