Wang Yip Construction Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Tai Cheung Holdings Limited (Stock: 0088), a publicly listed property developer, has been engaged in Hong Kong’s property development and investment for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a high-caliber candidate to join our team.

Reporting to Project-in-charge, the incumbent’s key responsibilities are to:

Control of submissions and approval

Coordination with consultants and contractors of building construction

Program planning and monitoring works progress

Clearing meetings and follow-up issues

Requirements:

Higher Diploma / Degree in Building Construction, Architectural Studies or equivalent

Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience, familiar with curtain wall and fitting out works are preferred

Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office is a must

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer
