Job summary

Forsters & Company in Hong Kong is seeking a diligent Sales Administrator to support sales operations and prepare delivery documents. The role requires coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely updates on pricing in SAP.

The ideal candidate has about 2 years of order processing experience, familiar with MS Office, and strong English communication with basic Putonghua. A trading background is advantageous and immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of order processing experience with customers and vendors.
• Previous experience in preparing sales and delivery documents.
• Background from trading business would be a great advantage.
• Self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Computer knowledge in using MS Office such as Word and Excel.
• Good communication of English and fair in spoken Putonghua.
• Immediate availability is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales administration support and prepare sales documents.
• Coordinate with internal parties and customers on sales order processing.
• Maintain the order schedules and update the price information in SAP.
• Assist in tracking the order status with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
