Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking an Order Processing & Administration specialist in Hong Kong to support the sales and service teams. You will handle order processing for devices and consumables, enter data, file documents, and coordinate shipments with logistics to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or above with 3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, ERP/SAP/CRM, and strong communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Min 3 years of experience in operations, sales support or customer service roles
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in processing devices & consumables orders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in ERP, SAP and CRM system
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer focus: commitment to high service levels and timely issue resolution
• Operational excellence: detail-oriented, well-organized, and execution-focused
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Self-motivated and good team spirit

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing for devices and consumables, handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for the sales and service team, including order data entry and document filing.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to arrange deliveries and follow up on shipment status.
