Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin professional in Hong Kong to support order processing and ERP data maintenance.

You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, and customers, enter orders in the ERP system, and assist with shipment arrangements and invoicing. The role requires strong English communication, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and SAP knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Admin or related roles
• Proficient in email communication in English
• Experience with order entry and ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM/ERP data and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and customers
• Enter orders in ERP system and monitor order status
• Coordinate product availability and shipment arrangements with Operations
• Prepare quotes and proforma invoices, ensuring pricing accuracy
• Generate daily/weekly ERP reports and sales reports
• Handle invoicing submissions and data for transactional surveys
• Respond to customer enquiries and support post-sale activities
