Job summary

Binance is seeking a Reconciliation and Billing Specialist to ensure accuracy and integrity of billing across card schemes and providers. You will handle daily scheme advisements, invoicing, vendor reconciliations, and dispute management with a focus on precision from day one.

Responsibilities include reconciling network bills, validating pricing, managing mandates, and building dashboards to monitor trends and exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experienced in issuing/processing operations, payments finance, with direct exposure to scheme billing or settlement reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills pivot tables, lookups, large dataset reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Scheme Billing Reconciliation - Reconcile network billing across all issuing accounts; validate fee categories, event codes, and charges against internal transaction and settlement data.
• Vendors Billing Reconciliation - Validate invoices from card issuing processors, personalization bureaus, and issuing vendors against contracted pricing and actual volumes.
• Mandate & Program Management - Manage the full lifecycle of scheme mandates and enrolments (effective dates, renewals, fees, compliance).
• Reconcile Commission & Interchange - Reconcile commission, interchange, and revenue share statements against commercial terms and settled volumes.
