Job summary

Binance is seeking a Legal Operations Executive to keep the legal function running smoothly across time zones. You will manage contracts, vendor spend, and billing while supporting the systems behind these processes.

The role reports to the Head of Legal Operations and offers exposure to a global in-house legal team. Responsibilities include issuing contracts, processing payments, onboarding vendors, and maintaining matter management and e-signature platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal operations, contract or vendor management, or financial administration.
• Ability to handle high volumes of payment requests and documentation with accuracy.
• Comfort with large datasets and spreadsheets.
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Discretion with confidential material and independent problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Issue contracts for signature and record metadata in the contract system.
• Process payment requests, verify invoices, and monitor budgets.
• Support vendor onboarding, renewals and rate-card administration.
• Manage matter management and e-signature platforms for teams.
• Assist onboarding of new joiners and setup on team systems.
