Binance is seeking a Legal Operations Executive to keep the legal function running smoothly across time zones. You will manage contracts, vendor spend, and billing while supporting the systems behind these processes.

The role reports to the Head of Legal Operations and offers exposure to a global in-house legal team. Responsibilities include issuing contracts, processing payments, onboarding vendors, and maintaining matter management and e-signature platforms.

• Experience in legal operations, contract or vendor management, or financial administration.
• Ability to handle high volumes of payment requests and documentation with accuracy.
• Comfort with large datasets and spreadsheets.
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

We are looking for a Legal Operations Executive to keep our legal team running smoothly — contracts, vendor spend, billing, and the systems behind them. You’ll get broad exposure to how a global in-house legal function runs across time zones. The role reports to the Head of Legal Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Contracts. Issue contracts for signature, record their metadata in our contract system, and retrieve contracts for the legal team and stakeholders across the business.
• Budget and billing. Process payment requests, check invoices against our billing guidelines, maintain budget records, and monitor budget usage to support forecasting.
• Vendors. Support vendor onboarding, renewals and rate-card administration.
• Systems. Act as the day-to-day point of contact for our matter management and e-signature platforms, and help colleagues get more out of them.
• Onboarding. Help new joiners get set up on the team's systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in legal operations, contract or vendor management, or financial administration.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of payment requests and documentation without losing accuracy.
• Confident working with large datasets and spreadsheets.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Sound judgement with confidential material.
• Able to work independently and raise problems early.

Nice to have:

• Experience with contract management, e-signature or e-billing platforms.
• Experience improving a process, not only running it.
• Familiarity with low-code or scripting tools for automation.
• A second language.
• Experience in a regulated industry, ideally fintech or crypto.
