Job summary

Tardis Group, a global financial market intelligence and quantitative research provider, is hiring a Sales Manager to lead institutional business development across Hong Kong and APAC. You will expand the client footprint across online brokerages, wealth managers, crypto platforms, and asset managers.

In this role, you will drive new business, grow existing accounts, and manage end-to-end sales cycles, collaborating with C-suite and product teams to deliver tailored financial tech solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in B2B sales/BD within Fintech, Market Data, Trading Solutions, or Financial SaaS.
• Track record of closing institutional deals with brokerages, wealth managers, or prop/crypto trading desks in APAC.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, market-data APIs, or quantitative analytics.

Responsibilities

• New Business: Prospect, pitch, and close B2B enterprise deals with financial institutions across APAC.
