Job summary

Cyberbay is seeking a marketing and sales professional to drive multi-channel campaigns, lead generation, and client account management for a fast-growing cybersecurity startup. You will develop and execute campaigns across social media, email, content, and AI-assisted workflows, researching opportunities in target markets and building prospect lists.

You will nurture existing client relationships, increase engagement, renewals, and customer value while collaborating with an international team

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, account management, customer success, business development, or related role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, B2B lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, prospecting, or account management is highly valued.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Manage Cyberbay's social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create content such as blog posts, newsletters, case studies, social posts, and sales materials.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, ideation, personalization, and workflows.
• Track and analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
• Research and identify potential customers and opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and industry sources.
• Conduct outbound outreach to generate qualified leads and sales meetings.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing Cyberbay clients and coordinate day-to-day communications.
• Monitor accounts and identify opportunities to increase engagement, usage, renewals, and customer value.
