Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited is seeking a Tech Marketing Executive to drive GTM and partner-based marketing for a SaaS, B2B portfolio. Lead multi-channel campaigns, plan joint programs, and translate complex product features into persuasive content for partners and clients.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and external stakeholders to launch go-to-market strategies, build a full-funnel lead generation system, and own multiple initiatives with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated marketing experience, ideally within partner, channel, or B2B marketing ecosystems.
• Exceptional English storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging narratives.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage joint marketing programs across email, digital media, social platforms, live events, and webinars.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and external stakeholders to deliver GTM strategies for new product launches and partnerships.
• Built a full-funnel B2B lead generation system using audience intelligence and automation to improve lead capture and nurturing workflows.
• Simplify complex product features into clear messaging and sales enablement assets for partners and clients.
• Collaborate with Business teams to target high-value accounts and drive partner-led growth.
• Manage multiple partner marketing initiatives with strict timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
