Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a Cybersecurity Inside Sales professional focused on Renewals & Growth. You will protect renewal revenue and expand footprint across enterprise accounts by coordinating with vendor and technical teams to drive joint plans and fast follow-up.

You will lead inbound and outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, and support deals with quotes and resources, while tracking activity in CRM and reporting progress to leadership to optimize renewal outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, renewals, or account growth of cybersecurity products.
• Experience selling or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Exposure to AI security, cloud security, or governance/risk/security workflows.
• Proven renewals management and opportunity expansion.
• Strong prospecting and outbound capabilities with structured follow-up.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with vendor and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and renewal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage renewal workflows for cybersecurity vendor portfolios.
• Drive renewal follow-up with end users, system integrators, and vendor teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities at renewal time (cross-sell, upsell, license optimization).
• Maintain renewal pipeline hygiene with complete documentation.
• Generate and qualify inbound leads and execute targeted outbound campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support deals and co-create solutions.
• Identify AI security demand signals and translate them into opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and provide weekly pipeline reporting to leadership.
