Grow-Talent.com is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition in the Fintech, iGaming, and Crypto sectors. You will sell liquidity solutions to institutional clients, focusing on FX markets, and help expand our presence globally from a remote Hong Kong base.

The role demands a strong network of banks and trading firms, proven closing skills, and experience working with Introducing Brokers.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FX liquidity solutions.
• Proven track record of closing large deals with institutional clients.
• Strong network with banks, hedge funds and trading firms.
• Experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Exceptional sales acumen, negotiation and closing skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue institutional clients via networking and referrals.
• Build and manage a pipeline across FX, metals, energy, indices and crypto.
• Close high-value deals and ensure rapid onboarding and revenue growth.
• Represent the company at industry events and deliver impactful presentations.
• Recruit and manage IB partnerships to expand market penetration.
• Stay ahead of market trends to refine strategies and product offerings.
