Job summary
J-Recruit Recruitment Agency is seeking a Forex Business Development Manager in Hong Kong. You will identify business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales in the FX field.
The role requires at least 1 year of leadership experience in relevant industries, strong knowledge of Forex, Shares and CFDs, and excellent English communication skills. Salary ranges between USD 5,000 and 10,000 monthly, based in Hong Kong.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Finance/Business/Economics or related field.
- At least 1 year leading a sales team in FX, futures, crypto, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of Forex, Shares and CFDs.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities, potential clients and VIP customers and negotiate to create profitable accounts.
- Drive new account sales by demonstrating benefits of the company's product and services.
- Build and maintain portfolio of clients.
- Manage stakeholders and outcomes to ensure task completion and targets met.
- Maintain professional relationships that meet company values.
- Plan and manage team capacity and activities to meet targets.
- Provide timely feedback, coaching and guidance to ensure KPIs and adherence to policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
