Job summary

Ebury Hong Kong seeks a (Senior) Client Portfolio Manager to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing FX hedging, supplier payments financing, and treasury services. You will collaborate with a top sales team, understand client needs, and expand wallet-share through strategic solutions.

Ideal candidates have FX experience, strong compliance knowledge, and excellent communication skills in Cantonese/Mandarin with English proficiency. Office-based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Strong financial services sales or relationship management experience.
• Experience in FX institutions or banks or selling to SMEs/corporates.
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements.
• Academic background in Business or Finance is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to win commitment.
• Strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
• Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation skills with senior-level relationships.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; business-level English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing a range of FX products including hedging and payments.
• Collaborate with a large sales team to originate and grow client relationships.
• Understand client environments to tailor solutions using Ebury's product suite.
• Deliver on KPIs such as revenue, wallet-share and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and proposals.
• Provide feedback to technology/product teams and originate new business via referrals.
