About The Poition

• Assist Senior Sales in managing day-to-day client account matters
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, WeChat, or social media platforms, providing clear and accurate explanations related to trading, forex, commodities, precious metals, and other financial products.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Actively use social media to search for and identify potential clients showing interest in financial markets.
• Support Senior Sales by preparing presentation materials, organizing product information from various channels.
• Regularly gather client feedback, monitor market trends and discussions on social platforms.

Requirements:

• High motivation to earn competitive salary + performance-based commission.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Economics, or any related field. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
