Job summary

UNHCR Hong Kong, through its Private Sector Partnerships (PSP), is seeking a Fundraising System Assistant to support donor database operations and monthly donation processing. You will coordinate with the PSP IG Officer - Donor Care and help ensure high-quality data management and seamless system enhancements.

The role requires basic IT/system management knowledge, experience with donor databases, and strong Chinese and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of the Secondary Education; degree in IT system management or Information Systems Management desirable.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience for High School Diploma and zero year for Bachelor degree or higher.
• Experience in donor/membership database management in Hong Kong market; knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support operation of the existing and the new Donor Database System for UNHCR's PSP unit.
• Process monthly donations (autopay and credit card); inform supervisor of inaccuracies.
• Assist in creating new users and permissions; conduct data analysis of donor behaviors.
• Prepare finance reports and dashboards for manager review; select donors for campaigns.
• Provide technical support for testing new system features and data migrations.
