Job summary

UNHCR Hong Kong PSP unit seeks a Fundraising System Assistant to support donor database operations and data management. The role involves processing monthly donations, configuring user access, and assisting in data migrations to ensure accurate donor records and smooth fundraising activities.

You will work under the Donor Care supervisor, handle data with attention to detail, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of the Secondary Education; degree desirable in IT system management or Information Systems Management or related fields.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience; HK market experience preferred.
• Experience in donor/database management and data processing in a fundraising or sales context.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support operation of the existing and the new Donor Database System.
• Process monthly donation transactions (autopay and credit card).
• Create new users and permissions in the system.
• Analyze donor behavior and fundraising program performance.
• Prepare finance reports and dashboards for management.
• Select donors for promotions to fit PSP needs.
• Assist in data migrations between systems.
• Provide testing support for new functionality.
