Job summary

Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited 卓健醫 (QHMS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hong Kong to deliver high-quality hotline support across telephone and digital channels. You will handle daily tasks according to established processes, log and follow up on inquiries, and continually learn product knowledge to offer optimal customer solutions.

The role requires strong English, Cantonese, and Putonghua skills, and at least 1 year in customer service or a contact centre.

Qualifications

HKCEE/HKDSE or above.
Good written and spoken skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Strong customer services skills, telephone manner and communication skills.
At least 1 year customer service / contact centre experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with high-quality customer hotline services and answer inquiries through telephone and digital channels.
Complete daily work professionally according to pre-set work processes.
Record and follow up on customer inquiries.
Actively learn and master the latest product and service knowledge to provide customers with the best solutions.
