Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group (HK) Limited is seeking a Customer Service Officer for inbound CS hotline in Hong Kong. The role handles inbound calls and provides general information with no specific insurance knowledge required.

The position is 4-month contract, project-based, with work hours Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and alternating half-day Saturdays 9am-1pm. Cantonese and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above.
• Some customer service, telephone operator and/or Receptionist work experience preferred.
• Good Cantonese and English communication.
• Strong team player.
• 4-month contract, project-based.
• Work hours: Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm with alternating half-day Saturdays from 9am-1pm.
