Job summary

Collectors seeks a senior business development professional to own the APAC pipeline, driving partnerships with major consumer brands and distributors in Hong Kong and the wider region.

You will be the primary contact for key customers, nurturing long-term partnerships and executing sales strategies in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is required, with willingness to travel across time zones. Experience in collectibles or luxury retail is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management with a proven track record of scaling a business in APAC.
• Established network of brands, distributors, or key players in APAC.
• Comfort with data and analytics to inform BD strategy and pitches.
• Experience in collectibles, luxury retail, or sports marketing is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive the APAC BD pipeline: identify, pursue, and close partnerships with major consumer brands and distributors to fuel submission growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers and partners; build trust, grow accounts, and ensure high retention.
• Lead development and execution of the sales and growth strategy for APAC, translating relationships into measurable submission growth.
• Represent Collectors at industry events and brand activations to build presence in Hong Kong and APAC.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure successful launches and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends to identify new business development opportunities and drive scalable growth.
• Create SOPs and help build out the employee resource hub to support growth.
