Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking a Remittance Operations professional in Hong Kong. You will perform inward/outward funds transfers, handle payment investigations, and respond to inquiries from various departments and frontline staff.

The role requires compliance with all rules and involvement in projects as needed. Candidates should have at least 2 years of remittance experience and be fluent in English and Chinese, with strong communication and MS Word/Excel

Qualifications

• Secondary education or University degree.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in remittance processing.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; Chinese word processing ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inward/outward and funds transfer transactions.
• Handle payment investigations.
• Answer enquiries from various departments and frontline.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory rules related to remittance.
• Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Night shift / public holiday clearing work for one week per month; hours 2:30 pm–11:30 pm; night shift allowance.
